Description:

mHealth: Mobile’s Disruptive Impacts on Health Care

Across the world, mobile technology is improving access to healthcare information, collecting health-related data, and connecting individuals with medical services.  The impacts are global as cell phones expand rapidly in many parts of the world that otherwise have limited communication channels or health care options.  Programs strengthening health care delivery and data reporting have so far made up the most publicized mHealth technologies and programs. Please join us for a discussion of the opportunities and challenges for this disruptive technology.
