WPF News: Scoring of America report in NYT, White House report

We are delighted that our 2014 report, The Scoring of America, was discussed in the New York Times over the weekend. The Scoring of America was the first major report to discuss, analyze, and rigorously document the secret scores that determine many key aspects of Americans’ financial, educational, health, and work lives and opportunities. We coined the term “consumer scores” to describe the issue.

The Scoring of America has already been cited in numerous publications, including many press outlets and the White House Big Data report. This fall, Scoring was chosen by the Future of Privacy Forum to be included in its FPF Privacy Papers 2014. The event to honor the authors of chosen papers will occur in early 2015.
