Biometrics Institute Congress, biometrics & ethics

Executive Director Pam Dixon will be speaking at the Biometrics Institute Congress during Biometrics Week, October 16-19. “I am pleased to be speaking at the international biometrics Congress regarding the vital issue of ethics and social impact of biometrics,” said Pam Dixon. “Biometrics are increasingly used in everyday situations, and are having equally increasing impacts.”

The Congress is being held in London, UK 16-19 October.

BIOMETRICS WEEK 2018 | 15 – 19 OCTOBER 2018 | LONDON | GRANGE HOTEL ST PAULS

Biometrics Week 2018 will include a two-day Congress on the 17-18 October 2018, accompanied by satellite events on either side (16 and 19 October).This week will again include the Biometrics Institute Annual Evening Reception to be held on Wednesday, 17 October 2018 from 5.30pm.

The 2017 Congress had representatives from 30 nations registered to attend. This is a must-attend week of events, all organised by the independent and international impartial Biometrics Institute.
